Help the Dortch family get back on their feet

Update: Nothing in the home is salvageable. Daniella and Matt only own their cars and the clothing they were wearing the day of the fire. All of their furniture, dishes, sentimental items from their grandparents, clothing, bags, makeup, toiletries are unable (and unsafe) to be removed from the house. The areas of the home that did not catch fire is covered in soot and haze.

Our community has been amazing and we have been able to collect everything needed for their baby boy (swing, pack&play, car seat, basinet).

We are still collecting diapers, wipes, baby boy clothing and hygiene products (A&D). But this also means Daniella and Matt have nothing. Please we request your continuing support and love for this family. They are in complete shock about the love and support they have already received and are so beyond grateful!

Hello, our names are Rachel, Taylor and Lauren. We are creating this GoFundMe to help the Dortch family get back on their feet after a tragic house fire. Just one week before the due date of their baby boy, their house caught fire, damaging nearly everything they own. This includes everything for their baby boy (stroller, car seat, Daniella's hospital bag full of items, and baby boy's clothing). Their house has been deemed unlivable, and they are trying to figure out living arrangements. As you can imagine, they are under tremendous amounts of stress during a time when Daniella should be her most relaxed.

While they will receive insurance money eventually, this could take weeks to months and their baby boy will be here in the next week. We will be working to get Daniella and Matt the essentials for their first few weeks to months with their baby boy. Anything helps and is so appreciated!
