31 day cold dip challenge in memory of Alex Meek

For those who know me, it's no secret I love a cold dip! Every plunge feels like a completely new experience no matter how many times i've done it.

I'm taking a cold dip each day for 31 days of December to raise money for Signposted Cymru, while honouring the memory of Alex Meek and keeping his memory alive.

This journey is about resilience, remembrance and making a difference.
