A few years ago, I went through a season where my faith, my creativity, and my mental health all collided.
I was searching for meaning and clarity, and at times I couldn’t tell the difference between what was helping me grow and what was hurting me. I didn’t have the language for it then—but I was struggling, and I know I’m far from alone in that.
This trip to Los Angeles is about telling the truth.
I’ll be documenting conversations, stories, and everyday moments centered around faith, mental health, and what it means to keep going when life feels uncertain. Music has always been how I process the world, so this journey will also shape new songs and creative work—not as a performance, but as a way of listening, reflecting, and making sense of what people carry.
I’m fundraising in support of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides education, advocacy, and peer-led support for individuals and families affected by mental illness. Every donation helps NAMI continue their vital work in our community. Here are just a couple of ways your generosity can make a difference:
- Funding educational programs that raise awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health.
- Providing support groups and resources for families navigating the complexities of mental illness.
Let’s come together to support this important cause. Your donation, no matter how small, can create a ripple effect of hope and healing. Thank you for joining me in making a difference!
