American Cancer Society 30 Mile Dog Walk

This is a very meaningful cause for me <3

Hi, family and friends! I’ve signed up to walk 30 miles with my dog, Patrick, to help the American Cancer Society fight for a world without cancer. My grandmother, Mima, passed onto heaven on April 5th, this year. I’ve tried to honor her legacy by asking myself what Mima would do, during many instances, and then going on to do just that. Mima lived to serve others and her final wishes were to support and donate to the sick children of St. Jude’s Hospital (not a surprise as she spent her entire life donating to MANY charities and causes all over the world). I am also doing this in honor of my Aunt Helen and my mom, Olgi, who have both been fighting their own battle against breast cancer BUT they are beating it!!!

I'm going to make the full donation of $250, but if you feel moved to donate to the ACS cause and show support for those darn 30 miles in the Miami summer inferno, I have shared the link above with you. I will be posting pictures of our walks every day starting June 1 . Love you all!
