Introducing our first, Upside Down Halloween.
For 6 years now, we have run an in person festival of sorts in Crown Point in the cities east end prior to Halloween. We've offered games, crafts, and carnival attractions, as well as trick-or-treating through the surrounding neighbourhood, to allow family members or care-givers who are for whatever reason (whether due to divorce, work schedules, etc.), not able to partake in Halloween, an opportunity to still enjoy this special holiday.
Last year seen 300 kids and 40 homes participate but due to COVID-19, we are going virtual this year. We are hosting an online event from 5-9pm on Halloween, with crafts, stories, musicians, entertainers, and a virtual dance party from 8-9pm.
As an added bonus, we will be delivering Halloween packages to families throughout Hamilton who for whatever reason, will not be able to partake in trick-or-treating this year.
As we do every year, we count on generous donations from leaders, businesses, and individuals to help us keep this event free for families.
So this year, we are starting $3 for 31 because even the smallest donations, will help us pay for the entertainment and ensure as many families as possible can take part in our reverse trick-or-treating offering.
Thank you as always, for the wonderful community support we receive each and every year. It is because of you, that hundreds of families from all over Hamilton from Waterdown to Binbrook, Winona to Ancaster, have not had to miss out on the magic of Halloween. Crown Point may play host each year, but Pumpkin Prowl has always been inclusive to all who wish to take part.

Funds to be used for:
- pay for the vendors for the virtual aspect of our event
- pay for candy, toys, trick-or-treat bags, and other supplies that will make up the packages to be delivered to families
Any funds raised beyond what is needed to fulfill the monetary requirements for this years event, will be used for our 2021 event whether we are able to return to an in person format, or encouraged to once again offer a virtual option.
