Starting off, I lost my job at the end of March 2024 due to sexual harassment and retaliation of reporting the sexual harassment and harassment from the employer when I reported the sexual harassment from a coworker.
I never once thought that I would be in this situation. I never thought that an employee would make me feel this way nor did I think that our employer would make a female employee feel so nasty and make the victim the problem they told me that I brought this upon myself; I was to friendly and I flirted; unfortunately that’s my southern personality.
So today I am asking for help because they come and called my car loan due which is legal in TN with the AT Will law. It sucks they also claimed I did not have insurance but I did and provided it three times to 3 different people at the company in a week. Now I am left with no vehicle. With being a single mom of an autistic son and a brand new job I need help and yes, I’m very ashamed to be asking for help like this! I have Dr appointments for him and events Reese has had scheduled and then I have to be at work at odd hours at a dispatch center for the sheriffs department I just started. They are retaliating against me because I have failed a charge against the company and the chair members due to the wrong actions taken against me during matter. My heart is broken and I’m not sleeping but little time frames and I’m even afraid of loosing our home but we are remaining positive.
