HELP A FATHER SAVE HIS SON.

Help my son Daniel to save my grandson. My son Daniel says:

My son, Daniel, is my life. He is 16 years old, when he should be happy and in school. Instead, he is having daily kidney dialysis - removing and replacing his blood for hours - not playing football and studying for his future.

My son is my life. He has been diagnosed with Post-Infectious-Glomerulonephritis Syndrome, kidney failure, urinary infections, hyperuricemia and hypoalbuminemia and only with the right treatment can he survive.

Dialysis will help, but only so far. Because we are Venezuelan family, we have no opportunities for earning a living and paying the kind of medical bills it takes to keep my son with me.

Please help. My son is my life. I have sold everything I own. I will do anything it takes to keep my dear sweet Daniel by my side.

If there were work, I would do it. But there is no work and survival in Venezuela is begging in the street.

He is a good boy who deserves a long and happy life. I cannot imagine my own life without him. As Venezuelans we have faced many problems - environmental, political, emotional, physical - corporate and government corruption stealing our national resources. No jobs to be had. A terrible citizen and political situation.

My best national resource is my son, Daniel. Please, my country is gone. Do not let Venezuela's terrible situation and the world's problems take my son.
