My nephew Jocques Clemmons was shot and killed on February 10, 2017. He was shot in the back by a Metro Police Officer while running away from him. He leaves behind 2 young boys ages 13 and 8. Jocques had no life Insurance and money raised will be used for funeral expense and any left over for his sons.
