My name is Kishawna, and I'm raising funds on behalf of my friend Raniel Moore, who lives in Westmoreland, Jamaica. I am of Jamaican descent living in Toronto, and I'm organizing this campaign to support him and his community in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.
I will receive all donations and transfer the full amount directly to Raniel via bank transfer. Raniel will then distribute the funds to affected families and coordinate relief efforts through his organization, ExxoticFit Inc., which operates on the ground in the hardest-hit areas.
Below is Raniel's account of what's happening in Jamaica and how your donations will be used:
------------------------------------------
My name is Raniel Moore, born and raised right business owner here in Jamaica. I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and deep urgency on behalf of our local communities who have been devastated by the unstoppable fury of Hurricane Melissa, a storm unlike anything our island has ever endured.
Across Jamaica, homes have been ripped apart. Families are stranded and terrified. Mothers clutching their children as floodwaters rise. Fathers standing in silence, staring at what’s left of their homes, wondering how to rebuild when everything they knew is gone.
I am raising funds for our local community here in Westmoreland and other affected parishes people I live among, train with, and serve through ExxoticFit Inc. These are our neighbors, our friends, our families. Real people who have lost everything.
Entire communities have been torn apart. Crops destroyed, local businesses including my own completed demolished. Hospitals overwhelmed. Roads and power lines collapsed. Most of us here are without water, food, and shelter. The conditions are dire and expected to remain that way for weeks to come.
We need your help now.

Why We Need You Now
In disasters like this, time kills.
Every hour without shelter means exposure to infection.
Every day without food means another family goes hungry.
Every dollar you give can turn fear into safety, chaos into stability.
