The Second Attempt… An Urgent Call to Compassionate Hearts

This is the story of a devoted mother who has dedicated her life to raising her two children with love and sacrifice — one of them living with autism, requiring special care and affection that no one can provide like a mother.

For seven years, the children lived in their mother’s embrace in Massachusetts , in a home full of safety and warmth. But a painful court decision took both children away and placed them in their father’s custody in Florida. Since then, they have been living the hardship of separation, especially the child with autism, who was suddenly deprived of the care and routine that gave him comfort and stability.

A year ago, this mother fought a fierce legal battle to regain custody of her children. She spent everything she had, paying $40,000 in hopes of reuniting her family — but sadly, she was not able to bring them back. This exhausting process drained all her financial resources and her family’s savings.

Today, she begins her second — and possibly final — attempt to bring her children back home, especially her autistic child, whose pain and need for her grows day by day. The cost of this case is $60,000, covering attorney fees, court costs, and all necessary legal procedures.

Our goal is to raise this amount so this mother can fight her last battle for her right — and her children’s right — to a safe and loving life.

‎ المحاولة الثانية… ونداء عاجل للقلوب الرحيمة

‎هذه قصة أم أفنت حياتها في تربية طفليها بحب وتفانٍ، أحدهما مصاب بالتوحد ويحتاج إلى رعاية خاصة وحنان لا يستطيع أحد أن يقدمه مثل أمه.

‎على مدى سبع سنوات، عاش الطفلان في حضن أمهمافي ولاية ماساتشوستس ،في بيت مليء بالأمان والدفء. لكن قرارًا قضائيًا مؤلمًا سحب الطفلين منها، وأصبحا تحت رعاية والدهمافي ولاية فلوريدا. ومنذ ذلك الوقت، يعيش الطفلان معاناة الفقد، وخاصة الطفل المصاب بالتوحد الذي حُرم فجأة من الرعاية والروتين الذي كان يطمئنه ويمنحه الاستقرار.

‎قبل عام، خاضت هذه الأم معركة قضائية شرسة لاستعادة طفليها، وأنفقت كل ما تملك، ودَفعت 40,000 دولار أملًا في لم الشمل، لكنها للأسف لم تنجح في استرجاعهما. هذه التجربة استنزفت كل إمكانياتها المادية وموارد أسرتها بالكامل.
