I will be running my first half marathon in September 2025. Although my career is based around fitness, running is still relatively new to me and I am so excited for the challenge and to have a new goal to work towards.

I have always told myself that I will raise money for a charity one day, and the ethos behind Andy’s Man Club is something I really resonate with. Please have a read below about the support they provide to males around the country who are in need of a safe space.

ANDYSMANCLUB are a male suicide prevention charity. We were established in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide aged 23. We facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the UK for any man to attend over 18. We provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. We have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
