I am a restless, desperate mother whom will move mountains for my children and my baby is no exception. I have not heard of my baby’s well being since last Sunday, October 8, 2023, when the exchange was supposed to occur. (father is hiding) Out of my heart, made verbal agreements with father to exchange baby every other weekend until Father decided he would no longer return him to me. Authority claims they can’t intervene without a court order in place and can’t even do a welfare check without an address. Yes, father has the same parental rights as mother because he has established paternity (name on birth certificate) yet Mother has full custodial physical rights of the child because parents were never legally married… and until a court order is in place. I also have proof father’s motion was denied in trying to obtain custody of our baby while we wait for this already set expedited hearing. 
I NEED HELP .. and asking family and friends and/or anyone whom might be blessed enough to help .. it will be costly but with the way things have been going, much needed. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and will be reimbursed to you times two in blessings, I promise. Anything as little as $10 adds up and I’m faithful we can come through. If for any reason father returns my baby any day, court dates are still set and will still need to raise money to be fully represented. Thank You from the bottom of my heart ♥️

Mi mayor error fue confiar y dejar que visitas con su padre ocurrieran sin haber órdenes por corte ó saber las intenciones 
Cómo es que mi bebé esté en manos y encargado de otras personas Que no sea su madre? Que tiene el privilegio de estar en casa todo el día?
