Support a Single Mom's Fresh Start

Hi, my name is Victoria. I’m a single mom of two trying to start over after surviving years of abuse: emotional, mental, verbal, physical and financial from my ex.

Right now, I’m stuck in a situation where he still tries to control my life through money and power. He let our only car get repossessed even though he was the one working full time and responsible for the payments. Now he refuses to give me the car back and says I’ll get it “when he gets a new one.”

I just got a new job and was finally trying to rebuild for me and my kids. But without a car, I can’t get to work. I can’t get my kids to daycare, and if they miss more than 5 days, they lose their spot. I’ve worked so hard to get here and now I’m at risk of losing everything.

I’m asking for help so I can finally break free from this cycle and get back on my feet. I’m trying to raise money to:

• Get a safe, reliable used car

• Cover basic costs like registration, gas, and insurance

• Leave this toxic situation and create a safe, stable home for my babies
