Our dear Friend and Family member has been valiantly fighting a rare hard to diagnosis and treat tumor in her leg. Cheryl Rowat has had multiple surgeries, hospitalizations, woundcare and investigations but this sarcoma-like tumors in her leg continue to grow. Recently Cheryl has been doing strong chemotherapy with the hope that some tumors in her leg will shrink. Each treatment helps but some tumors still persist. After much consideration, prayers and consultation with specialists; and with the love of family, friends and God Cheryl is going to face amputation of her leg. She will be going to the best team in Toronto where she can get excellent care and the best rehab.

We are fundraising to support Cheryl and her family allowing them to face the next battle together with less financial worry and assist with some costs while traveling to Toronto.

Everyone who knows Cheryl knows she is a doer for everyone else. We can all think of so many ways Cheryl has been there for us. At her church, her job, her friends and for her family she does for others never blinking an eye to offer us love and unconditional support.. As we walk this journey with Cheryl we offer our prayers and love and hope for her to cut down this cancer and have more time to enjoy life. We want to raise some funds for Cheryl and her family so Cheryl can navigate the very overwhelming next steps.

All funds raised can go towards;

Modifications to her home, equipment for mobility and indepedence and extra costs while hospitalized and facing rehab. Also to allow Brian and her family to support her in any way she needs while she bravely continues to fight through cancer and the loss of her leg.
