Tanzania Expedition 2026
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Lacie and I am fundraising for an expedition to Tanzania. From a young age, it has been my dream to help endangered animals and communities. This trip gives me a chance to finally do my part and fulfill my biggest dream. This is a four week trip based in Africa where I will spend most of my time volunteering in the local community. I will be working on projects that support the area such as building medical centres, water systems and laying the foundations of new schools and houses. In addition, the community currently living in the villages surrounding my camp struggle to obtain safe drinking water, shelter and nutrition. These projects will help them live a better, healthier life. As well as volunteering for the local people, I will be supporting nature and the wild animals that survive in this habitat by doing things such as litter-picking in the ocean, planting trees and building elephant fences to prevent human interference with animals. This trip includes a five day trek up Mount Meru and a day with a native tribe. Throughout this trip, I will learn new skills and learn about other cultures. This is an eye-opening trip that not only benefits me in my present and future life, but the less fortunate communities and wildlife that suffer everyday. Even if I fail to raise enough money to be able to partake in this expedition, all funds will go to the cause that this trip is all about. All donations are appreciated. Thank you.
