A Home for Ann Fagan

If you know Ann Fagan, you love her and no doubt have been impacted by her in some form. Ann's character is marked by her generous heart and steadfast faithfulness to the Lord.

 

That generous heart has meant an open door policy for her kids, grandkids, great-grands, and beyond. She selflessly gives what she has. That faithfulness has meant entrusting belongings and future needs to the Lord, being assured of His provision. Sometimes that provision looks like God using one's community and faith-family to come alongside in a time of need. That's what we are here for!

 

Ann's current residence has fallen into disrepair over the years. The winter storm in February of this year has left her home in an unrepairable state. She now needs a safe and comfortable place to live. We are looking to raise a minimum of $80,000 for a new home for Ann!

 

Funds will be used specifically and solely for:

-Demo of current residence

-Ground leveling of current property

-Purchase of new or used house

-Moving house to current property

-Blocking and underpinning of house

-Hooking up utilities (water, gas, plumbing, electrical)

-Any extra funds will be used toward appliances and needed furniture

With housing shortages and homes costing much more than pre-pandemic, please be praying for the right house to be found and at an affordable price! We are aiming to purchase and begin the moving process, before the end of October, so let's move quickly!

 

No doubt an investment in Ann's home is also an investment in the Kingdom. Your gift will serve Ann directly, but others indirectly as Ann continues to pour into and serve those around her. We may never know the full impact of this gift until heaven side- what a purposeful and glorious return on an investment!
