Hi, my name is Idris and I am a member of 2nd Bengeo Scouts. I am fundraising by cycling 26 km on Saturday 17 May to help develop the hut so we have a bio-diversity garden with a safe place to have fires and cook outside. We also need a new roof for the hut. Please do sponsor me.

Scouts are important to me. We have recently worked to help the Bengeo Community, tidying up the area around our hut, litter picking and collecting for the local food bank.

Scouts have given me skills I can't learn at school, such as how to light and cook on a fire safely. We do fun activities like flying a glider, canoeing, climbing, hiking and have the opportunity to spend nights away camping with our troop.

I want other children in Bengeo to have the opportunity I have and help make our hut secure for the future
