Marianne's Custody Battle

My former co-worker Marianne is one of the hardest working, kindest people I have had the privilege of spending time with. Recently her ex-husband has decided to take her to court to gain custody of their two sons, claiming she is a bad mother. This couldn't be further from the truth. Marianne, for the last several years, has worked 3 jobs to make ends meet for her and her boys. In addition she has been the coach for their little league and flag football teams. She ended up needing to resign from our office because the hours did not work out with what she needed for her son's. I am not the least bit worried about a judge finding her to be an unfit mother but do not want her to lose custody of her sons because of not being able to afford the lawyer fees.
