Samantha Bauman and Beth Seibert, both Realtors at BHHS Chicago (Wheaton Office), have teamed up to help serve the HEROES that are working the frontline every day at Northwestern Central DuPage Hospital. It's because of these amazing workers that we are safe and healthy...
Each day 500 employees, from all backgrounds, fill the 50+ departments at CDH and it's our mission to provide each employee a meal that they can bring home at the end of their shift.
Wheaton College and Bon Appetit are also concerned about these folks who reside in our own community and wanted to find a way to help them during these difficult times. With help from Bon Appetit at Wheaton College combined with support from our amazing community we would love to provide these meals at often as we can during this troubling time.
Meals we will be providing...
Bon Appetit has a weekly family dinner program offered to the general public they call FOHTY which stands for From Our House To Yours. The menu offerings change weekly and the meals are fully cooked and include a salad, main entrée, and dessert. FOHTY meals serve anywhere from 5-6 people depending on makeup of the family. The guest just needs to place the main entrée in the oven to heat. In light of the current situation, they have come up with a separate program that they are calling From Our Heart To Yours and are offering these same meals to serve those affected by COVID-19 at a discounted price of $20.
$20 a meal x 500 employees = $10,000
