Orion Associates Flood Relief
Donation protected
Beginning August 11, 2016, a historic amount of rain fell on South Louisiana resulting in upwards of 24 inches in many areas around the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. The impact has been felt by everyone within the Orion Instruments family. 25% of our team has flood damage in their homes; some up to 6 feet. Many lost everything, including vehicles, clothing, children’s toys, furniture, and even sentimental items that can never be replaced.
The team at Orion Instruments is asking for your assistance to ease the pain of our 30 fellow employees that have directly sustained damages as a result of the storm. Any amount will help. If you are in the Baton Rouge area and cannot give monetarily, our associates could benefit immediately from such efforts with the clean-up and rebuilding process. In addition, Orion Instruments is also accepting donations of goods and supplies that will aid in the recovery. Such items include: Basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, non-perishable food, water, clothing, children’s toys, school supplies, and bedding.
All proceeds raised in this fund will be distributed directly by Orion Instruments to those 30 individuals to assist them in rebuilding their homes and their livelihoods. Thank you for your help!
