On August 8th, 2016 the world lost an amazing man. He was a loving husband, a father of two wonderful children, a dedicated worker, a compassionate family member and an honest and trustworthy friend.
Tragically while at work, Jacques Lambert fell into a cement truck and was pronounced deceased at the scene. It was within a short time that the story was all over the news and papers, but his wife only found out a few hours later. The story of the horrific accident can be found at http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/ottawa/worker-dies-concrete-mixer-1.3712410
Imagine, sitting at home and waiting for your husband to come home and you hear about an accident at a site you knew your husband was working at but are clueless as to what has happened. An officer comes to you to give you the news and your world just shatters into pieces.
Jacques had a very charming personality and was easy to get along with. Everyone's world changed in minutes that loved Jacques and have been with his wife and children since the news was delivered.
The man that always made time for everyone, even when he was tired is now gone. He would have his coffee every morning on his door step and was kind to everyone he met. He won't be able to have his coffee in the morning anymore and it has left a hole in everyone's heart.
Unfortunately, we can't bring Jacques back to be with us, but we can help ease the burden that the funeral and other expenses will bring. The need to help his family and help Jacques with his final resting place is what community, family and friends are all about. Let's make a difference for the Lambert family.
This Go Fund Me Page is set up to help Donna and her family lay the beloved Jacques to rest and to help cover costs, so the family can take the time needed to grieve and not have to worry about anything but what is necessary.
Anything is possible and our goal is to raise $10,000 and beyond as he has two beautiful children that will need to be cared for.
Thank you for your time on behalf of the Lambert family and friends.
R.I.P. Jacques Lambert - May you fly with the angels and be forever in our hearts.
The Lambert Family lives beside where I used to live and we became friends. The money will be deposited into my account and then all money will be wired to Donna Lambert. Donna will let me know when she needs deposits done as donations come in.
