St vincent volcano erupted in April this year where a third of the Island was left homeless.
They are now living in shelters in the south of the island.
My friend Nixon is overlooking 3 of the shelters as best as he can(food, and water are the number one issues).
The volcano has now stopped but the damage to their homes, crops and life stock has been demolish.
I am going to do a sponsored swim across Porthcawl bay and back in the hope to raise some money to help these lovey people.
I’ve done a small donation myself and the people in the shelter were super grateful.
