We are neighbors who have come together to postpone the development of a 37,000 square foot building in a residential area. This giant building will have vast impacts on thousands of residents, including emergency services, traffic, environmental, noise, parking and most importantly SAFETY issues for thousands of residents, including children who use these roads to get to school and other activities on a daily basis
We are asking for donations from our neighbors in Seal Beach, Rossmoor and beyond to fund legal representation so we may sit down with the Seal Beach Planning Commission and the City Council to work out a compromise regarding this giant building.
ANY donation amount will be appreciated! We need the funds immediately. The decision will be made on this Monday, July 25th , at the Seal Beach Council Meeting. If our concerned neighbors will contribute $100.00 (or any amount possible), we will have a legal voice at the hearing.
Our safety and quality of life is critical, so ANY donation amount is deeply appreciated. Any surplus funds will be donated to the Precious Life Center.
The donations are tax deductible, and you will be protecting numerous neighborhoods against the addition of thousands of cars for a building that will be noisy and open 20 hours a day.
Most importantly, emergency responders will be able to get to people
quickly, and our kids will be able to walk to school, sports practice, scouts, church, the library and parks SAFELY.
