Help My Sister Reunite with Her Children
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
My name is Jessica and I’m reaching out for help on behalf of my sister. She is in desperate need of support as she fights to reunite with her three children.
In February 2023, my sister experienced a situation and in that moment, made a terrible mistake—one that has since cost her everything. She had never been in trouble before, never had so much as a blemish on her record. She’s a college graduate with a degree in early childhood development, a devoted mother who raised her children with love, ensuring their education, health, and well-being were always a top priority.
After the incident, her children were placed in foster care before being sent to live with their father in Florida—without a proper court process or consideration of her legal custody rights. Since then, she has been struggling against a system that never gave her a fair chance. She was denied due process, left without a path to reunification, and has been unable to see or even speak to her children.
Her ex-husband has made it his mission to keep the kids away from her, spreading false accusations that have damaged her reputation as a mother. He has even pushed for his new wife to adopt the children—effectively trying to erase their mother from their lives. Through all of this, my sister has had no extra financial resources to fight back. She has been unable to afford an attorney, and has been forced to navigate this legal battle alone.
This Monday, she is going to court in Florida, where the future of her relationship with her children hangs in the balance. She needs help covering legal fees and travel costs, so she can have a fighting chance to rebuild her life and be the mother she has always been.
If you can donate, even a small amount, it would mean the world to us. If you can’t, please consider sharing her story. No mother should have to face this battle alone.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
