Help me fight for my son

I am a single mom working part time and going to nursing school full time. My 10 year old son has lived in Colorado with me and my family for his whole life. He went through brain surgery at 5 years old to fix his seizures, and has overcome so much! He is the strongest person I know! He is my world! 

Recently, my sons dad and his wife decided to move to Texas and are taking me to court to try and take my son with them. Both sides of our family are in Colorado. As well as his school that he found a stable environment in and his best friend, who he has grown up with. 

I am struggling to afford an attorney while paying for nursing school and working part time. I know my attorney will fight to keep my son here as long as I can keep her on retainer.
