Ashley's Mission Trip 2023

Hi everyone! My name is Ashley Blanco, and I'm raising money to support my participation in a mission trip this summer. During the three-month trip, I will be teaching English and hygiene classes, have the opportunity to assist in constructing a water spring, and volunteer at local orphanages in Uganda. I have always had an immense passion for serving others, and have been blessed to realize that this is my life's calling. Through my volunteer and intern experience with BLUE Missions over the past two years, I have realized that I wish to work internationally, helping to alleviate water and sanitation issues as they relate to education. As a volunteer with the International Language Program, I am looking forward to expanding my service skills in the classroom. With your help, I will be able to gain hands-on experience for my future career and make a difference in so many lives. The overall cost of my trip is around $6,000. All funds will go directly to transportation, housing, meals, and teaching supplies.
