Off the streets and out of the homeless shelter, Wally is living with his brother. He's getting back on his feet. I've talked to him and he sounds sober and sorry, like a man fully aware that he's lucky to have survived rock bottom.
He's got a long way to go. But first things first, he needs some clothes. A trip to the dentist. Some mode of transportation.
