Today is my birthday and I wanted to do something for someone besides myself.
My daughter Elara made a friend in daycare named Lennon a few years back. She loves Lennon so much that we even have a baby doll named after him. Lennon has Cerebral Palsy and Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE). His family would love to get him into a special bike but it is extremely expensive.
For my birthday this year I am asking my friends and family and my community to give a donation to help get Lennon this bike!!
This Discovery Series DCP-16 will help improve his range of motion, develop balance and self-support, improved motor planning and increased blood circulation! Besides all the physical benefits this bike is super cool and every kid deserves a bike!!!
The therapy and fun that this adapted equipment will provide Lennon and his family is invaluable!
