About a month or so ago I was out of work for about 3 weeks as my company had no leads for me. Shortly after going back to work, I blacked out at the wheel on I4 and hit the median and was hospitalized for several days, on a week of bed rest, and the car was totaled. My wife’s car has been in the shop for extensive repairs. We’re unable to afford to get it out. My wife doesn’t work as our youngest son is autistic, has CP, ADHD, SPD and OCD. He has 30-40 hours per week of ABA therapy at home as well as speech therapy and occupational therapy away from home. He has numerous neurology appointments as well as ophthalmology. He is her full-time job. Our second-youngest child is a senior in high school big into the bands there and leadership and also working part-time. Due to previous financial struggles and the more recent ones, we are being evicted and have a month to be out of our house we’ve lived in for 8 years. I can’t get to work, I travel a lot locally for my job and can no longer do anything. I have very little grocery money and that’s about it. How can I afford to get the car, get back to work, get my son to appointments, move out of this house, find a new place with all the down-payment money and deposits? We need so much help to just survive this ordeal and reestablish our lives within a month. Any help is more than greatly appreciated!
