Hi Everyone, I am raising money for a local charity ‘Team Talk - Male Peer Support Group’ it holds a special place in our families hearts.
I am completing a 10 mile run to help raise the money at the end of May.

Mental health in general requires so much more attention, but men’s mental health holds a place in our hearts.
We recently lost my step dad, I just want to make him proud of the awareness I am trying to make as he tried to do the same when he was here by completing challenges himself.
