Ecuador Earthquake Medical Mission

Dear friends, family, and concerned strangers,While I was traveling in Ecuador there was a terrible 7.8 earthquake on April 16. Latest counts indicate over 500 dead and over 4600 injured. Thankfully I was not hurt, but there are so many people that desperately need help here. Some victims are sleeping in the streets next to the dead, orphaned children are wandering alone, and there are continued searches for survivors in the rubble. There are not enough medical personnel and supplies to help all the injured survivors.
I have donated supplies and medications to be sent to the affected areas and I want to do more. I am a U.S. nurse, from Los Angeles, CA and am arranging to stay longer and go to the coast to join other medical volunteers to help the victims.
Any donations I receive will go to providing much needed supplies and aid to the victims. I contacted the Ecuadorian Red Cross and other medical teams on the ground to figure out the most needed supplies. I will be buying the supplies with my credit card while in Ecuador and withdrawing the funds when I get back to the states. I will update with my progress and the results of your generous donations as soon I am able.
Thank you for your help!
