Housing Assistance Needed

Hi , my name is Curtis. My family and I are currently without a home and are now technically homeless. Regrettably, our home of 13 years was sold by our landlady and we only had a short time to move and find a new suitable place to live to accommodate a family of five. We are currently staying in a hotel which is very expensive and had to rent three storage units which is depleting our funds that would normally go towards our monthly bills, making funds tighter.

Finding a new place to live has been very stressful and harder than ever, and very limited. Rents are triple the amounts and in some cases, higher than mortgages. Prospective landlords have a checklist, 3x income monthly rent, BCi and Credit Check, a application and fee for each adult in family plus if you have pets, a nonrefundable pet deposit for each.

We are in need of a 3 bedroom house in the Kent County area to house my family. Please let me know.

God has a plan for my family and will eventually lead us to our new place to live, but, we need to reach out to our community, our family and friends, for help. Any and all help is most sincerely appreciated.
