Help Protect the Children – Terminate a Sex Offenders Rights

Hello, my name is Rachel, and I am reaching out to you ask for support during a challenging and emotionally difficult time. for myself and my two daughters (ages 6 and 9). I am seeking legal funds to terminate the parental rights of their biological father, who is currently incarcerated until December 2030 after being convicted of serious crimes with children. He has not seen the children since April of 2020, and they have no memory of or relationship with him.

He was charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of minors, and took a plea deal for a sentence of 10 years. For further information you may reach out to me privately, all of his legal history is public. My only priority is the safety and well-being of my two daughters. The girls have already endured more than anyone should have to, and they deserve to grow up in a safe, stable, and loving environment—one free from the potential harm and trauma that could be caused by any contact with their biological father.

Despite the conviction and the time he remains incarcerated, he is seeking legal means to pursue reunification and supervised visitation. As their mother, I am committed to fighting for their future and ensuring that his rights are terminated so that they can move forward without the ongoing threat of his influence.

Why we need your help: The legal process to terminate parental rights in cases like this is complex and costly. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to cover attorney fees, court costs, and other legal expenses to ensure that the girls are fully protected.
