This is a fund to help and support Brittnee Hackett and her son Waylon. She is a single mother who has recently escaped an incredibly abusive relationship, getting her life back on track has been a constant struggle with many roadblocks in her path. During this relationship she was barely able to work due to the impact that this domestic violence had on her. She was being manipulated and controlled by someone who only sought to use her. With the help and support of family and friends she has removed herself and her one year old son from this situation in hopes of creating a new life free from his control. Since leaving him, her son has fallen very ill with several pulmonary issues. He is currently hospitalized in Columbia fighting to breathe on his own. He aspirates so bad which causes him to have trouble eating and drinking anything. While she is by his side in the hospital, they are at risk of losing their home. It will take $2500 to save the house by the 8th. If you don’t have much to give I can understand that.
