Hi, my name is Jennifer the Fiance to Lopati , and I'm Helen , the Aunt to these 3 beautiful kids and older sister to a loving brother. We are starting this Go fund Me page for Lopati and his 3 kids. Three weeks ago he received some devastating and heartbreaking news that his 3 bright and happy kids have not been safe.Because of the severity of this case, I am unable to post pictures .I am also not able to give details about the case.
Because Lopati resides in Las Vegas and his kids live in Hawaii, they will not release the kids in his care. He was told that he would have to obtain an attorney in Hawaii and fight for custody. Below I have included his heartbreaking story and plea for help ..
Desperately Seeking Justice & Custody for My Kids!!
Received the most devastating news almost 2 weeks ago about my kids, something no Father wants to hear. On March 3rd 2012 I lived with the Mother of my kids, my girlfriend at the time . We have 3 beautiful kids together my youngest at the time was 1. I didn't know that on that date ,that would be the last day I would see my kids , kiss my kids, hug my kids. She and my 3 kids were going on vacation to Hawaii for her brothers wedding and to spend some time with her parents and during this time I spoke with my kids almost daily. Weeks turned into months. I was devastated because I found out later that she was with someone else and also expecting a child together. So to make a long story short ,she ran away with my kids ! she made it very hard to keep in contact with my kids after that. Rarely allowing me to talk to my kids or see my kids . I LOVE MY KIDS! and I want them back with me, safe and out of harms way. I don't care what their Social workers say, my kids are afraid, my kids have been through so much trama in their young life. Their mother has taken my kids away from me and put them in harms way, she has ended up homeless and living in a shelter with my kids. I AM A DADDY!! A Daddy to 3 most beautiful and important little beings to me. I would give my life for my babies.
We his family are desperatly asking for help to raise funds for his Attorney's fees , traveling expenses, lodging, food and transportation for the next several months until the case is closed and He can take his babies home with him for good. Because the case is so time sensitive we are asking for immediate assistance with help. Everything and anything helps and is greatly appreciated. If you would like to donate other things that you know would be of great help to him and his kids during this time, example:Hawaii timeshare or housing for him and his family to stay at during their visits, car rental/vouchers/ discount, travel passes or vouchers/mileage , food while in hawaii and any help while in Hawaii ,we humbly Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
