Eagle Scout Project - Save Lives at St. Pete Beach

Hi, I am Patrick Sullivan and I’m a Boy Scout from Troop 209 (St Paul’s Catholic Church) and a Vina Del Mar resident. I’m working on my Eagle Scout project to install life saving throw bags along St Pete Beach. Unfortunately, St. Pete Beach does not have lifeguards or life-saving equipment.
