Queer Family Legal Aid

My amazing twibling and their partner are in need of funds for an attorney. My twin’s ex-husband is attempting to gain additional custody based on his attack of their identities and lifestyle. Their queer, non-binary and polyamorous lifestyle is not detrimental to my nibling’s growth but rather fosters it, in a nonjudgmental, open, loving atmosphere. Due to the pandemic, neither my twibling or their partner are working at this time, and due to their ex’s arguments, they need a new attorney that they cannot afford, rather than a family member being able to represent them pro-bono. Please donate what you can and share, to keep this sweet kiddo in the kind, loving, affirming home that they love. The most urgent need is for $5,000 for a retainer to secure an affirming, queer and polyam family-fluent lawyer, due by January 6, 2021. **any money raised not needed for legal bills will go to supporting this queer family through the pandemic/be redistributed to the community for mutual aid as decided by Loren & Aeden.
