This is the internal company's campaign during Pride Month (June) to support Belong To Youth Services. A registered charity in the Republic of Ireland: RCN 20059798, CHY 16534. All internal proceeds will be matched to support the charity to empower schools to be LGBTQ+ inclusive.

The money raised will help Belong To LGBTQ+ Youth Ireland create meaningful and sustainable change towards a better Ireland for LGBTQ+ young people. This will be achieved by creating safe spaces through youthwork, education, changing attitudes and research.

The reality is that being LGBTQ+ in Ireland today is extremely challenging despite recent milestones such as marriage equality and gender recognition. The 2024 "Being LGBTQI+ in Ireland" research found that since 2016, for LGBTQI+ young people there has been a:

17% increase in symptoms of severe/extremely severe symptoms of depression

30% increase in symptoms of severe/extremely severe symptoms of anxiety

33% increase in symptoms of severe/extremely severe symptoms of stress.
