Hi! I’m Belle, I have been a member of Berkshire Scouts since I was 5 and a half, I am now 13 years old and scouts has given me incredible opportunities to learn skills like teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and resilience. And if course meet some amazing friends! It’s also given me so many experiences, such as camping, climbing, horse riding, ice skating, boating, orienteering, and survival skills.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve been selected to represent Berkshire Scouts at the 26th World Scout Jamboree in Gdansk, Poland, 2027!

The Jamboree is a global event held every four years, where around 2,500 young people – who will all be aged between 14 and 17 have been selected to attend the 26th World Scout Jamboree from the UK, among more than 50,000 in total.

Scouts from around the world come together to share cultures, build long lasting bonds, and take part in amazing activities with others from all around the world.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to learn, develop, and represent my Scout troop and country on the world stage. It has been my dream to become a scouts leader one day. I will bring back new skills, cultural knowledge, and leadership ideas to inspire other Scouts and the world.

To make this dream a reality, I need to raise funds to cover the Jamboree participation fee of £3650.

Your contribution will make a huge difference. Every donation, big or small, will help me represent Berkshire Scouts and make the most of this incredible experience. Thank you for helping me turn this dream into reality!

yours sincerely,

Belle
