26.2 for Vets

Tax deductible
I am running the 2019 Marine Corps Marathon on October 27th to raise money for Homes for the Brave (HFTB), a local non-profit that provides shelter and services to help homeless veterans return to productive and meaningful lives. In addition to two programs dedicated to empowering homeless men, HFTB operates Female Soldiers: Forgotten Heroes, the Tri-State area's first and only transitional housing program exclusively for homeless female veterans and their children.

I am proud to be the current chairman of the organization's board of directors, as I have witnessed the difference HFTB makes in the lives of the men and women who have served us all and now need our help. However, providing the vast array of services that our residents need comes at a cost, and our public funding continues to decrease each year. We are working aggressively to secure new sources of funding without reducing the services our veterans deserve.

We need your help. The men and women who valiantly served our country need your help. Please consider donating to my cause. HFTB is a 501(c)(3) and your donation--which will be sent directly to the organization--is tax deductible. If you prefer to send a check, please make it out to Homes for the Brave and in the memo section write: Bob Kozlowsky 2019 MCM.  Checks can be sent directly to HFTB: 655 Park Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06605
