I am challenging myself to do 2.5K squats within July to push myself to new PBs and make a difference to the Homeless Young People of Stoke on Trent.
This cause is deeply important to me because I believe every young person deserves a safe and supportive home. While that can look different for everyone, Concrete’s Young Person’s Service (YPS) plays a fundamental role in helping young people who didn’t get the secure start they deserved.
YPS doesn’t just provide accommodation for those experiencing homelessness—it offers holistic support to help young people build independent, fulfilling lives. From learning to manage their finances, to discovering their passions and shaping their career paths, to building the confidence to thrive—YPS empowers young people across Stoke-on-Trent to grow into their full potential.
I will be sharing my updates on here as I know this is going to be a grueling challenge from start to finish. Since having my little boy, I haven't had any time to even think about my own health and wellbeing. So that stops today!! I used to love doing squats within my workout, so in order to reignite that motivation and passion I aim to challenge myself to new heights.
I have got a workout plan to stick to every week which switches up the types of squats i am doing so I can work on different areas of my glues and legs across the month and hopefully finish with a significant improvement to my health and wellbeing.
If you feel moved by this cause and would like to support, any contribution—big or small—would mean the world. Your generosity helps us continue making a real difference in the lives of young people. Thank you for taking the time to read my page and for being part of the change!!
£10 could provide a week’s worth of essential food supplies for a young person in crisis.
£80 could cover a move in package for a young person this reduces the anxiety of moving and makes it just a little less stressful.
£150 could cover a month worth of activities to enrich the lives of the young people.
