A Moment of Magic, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, harnesses the power of play to spark joy, foster connection, reduce isolation and support the mental health and emotional healing for medically vulnerable children and their families.

Our chapters, located at 25+ colleges and universities, bring our mission to life across the country. They are compassionate communities of student volunteers who believe in the healing power of joy, imagination, and connection. Through visits, workshops, and special events, they help ensure that every child we serve feels seen, celebrated, and supported.

A Moment of Magic at West Chester University is a chapter of passionate and dedicated students eager to bring the mission of AMoM to the West Chester Community and beyond. For five years, AMoM WCU has served countless families in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MA, and even Georgia! We have also earned the Program of the Year Award from West Chester University in 2021, 2022, and 2025.
