My name is Lawrence Ofori, owner of Ofori's World Cuisine and an award-winning chef from Food Network's Chopped." I am embarking on an extraordinary journey to break the Guinness World Record by cooking non-stop for 240 hours over 10 days. This challenge is not just about endurance or setting records; it’s about serving a purpose far greater than myself.

Every meal I prepare during this record-breaking attempt will go directly to feeding the homeless, a community often overlooked, yet deeply deserving of care, dignity, and nourishment.
