While there's no exact number that attributes male suicides solely to family breakdown, there is strong evidence that relationship breakdowns, loss of child contact, and family separation are major contributing factors to male suicide.

In the UK and globally, around 75% of all suicides are by men.

The most at-risk group are men aged 40–49.

One of the biggest social stressors linked to suicide in men is relationship breakdown and family separation.

I want to do my part at helping men by increasing the awareness of emotional burden on separated men, achieve fairer family court systems and encourage men to access mental health support. Because life is worth living!

The money raised will be donated to Fathers4justice, their mission statement is “We stand for the human rights of mothers, fathers and children.”

Their core objectives are to:

End fatherlessness and address family breakdown.

Ensure every child has a meaningful, loving relationship with their father.

Establish a legal presumption of 50/50 shared parenting following separation.

Protect families from separation via secret courts, promoting a “duty of candour,” transparency, and scrutiny.

Legally combat child support discrimination against fathers (financial and emotional support).

Challenge the demonisation of men and boys in society.
