24 Hour Track Run for The Inclusive Hub
Donation protected
On Saturday 21st June 2025 I will be attempting the 24 hour track run challenge.
What is likely to be a mind numbingly boring and very painful experience I will be running continuously around a 400m running track for 24 hours straight.
The goal is to complete 100 miles in the 24 hours but the main goal is to raise as much money a possible for the fantastic and life changing place that is The Inclusive Hub.
The Inclusive Hub an incredible charity that helps people of all ages and abilities. I have been attending the Inclusive Hub with my brother since it was created back in 2016, initially it was established to help children with Autism and ADHD take part in fun based boxing sessions. Each session grew in numbers and also in ranges of abilities taking part. They now host all additional needs like Down Syndrome, Wheelchair Users, Mental, Physical, Hearing and Visual Impairment plus much more.
For the people that attend it gives them a safe space to achieve their fitness goals which is essential for physical and mental health and it provides rest bite for parents from the daily challenges of supporting a child or adult with additional needs.
Every donation no matter how big or small will go directly to The Inclusive Hub. This is a local charity helping local people and needs to be supported so the team can continue their life changing work in the community.
The run will take place at Marsh Lane Harriers running track in Waterloo starting at midday on Saturday 21st June and I'll welcome anyone who wants to join me for a lap or 200 and any night owls who want to join me through the night would be very welcome.
If you want any information on the challenge to the charity I am raising money for then please reach out to me.
Thank You!
