Because of the tough immigration laws being enforced right now there is a chance that my wife and the mother of our two girls could be deported back to Cambodia after living here for over 12 years and starting a family.

We received a letter from immigration stating that they intend to deny my petition to keep my wife here in the United States. In the mean time she is unable to work because they took her passport and work permit. She has a job but is unable to work since they have her documents. 

We have a good lawyer working on the case but after loosing half of our monthly income is making it difficult to pay his fees and the paying rent. I've never asked for help like this but we are having a difficult time. Our lawyer is working on getting her documents back that would allow her to work again but we need to pay his fees, filing fees, court fees as well as everything else. We will be internally greatful for any help you can provide. This is one of the toughest times of our lives right now. Thank you.
