Hi, my name is Jaxon Underwood, and I’m 22 years old.

This isn’t something I ever thought I’d be doing, but life doesn’t always give you time to prepare. Recently, my father went to prison, and I was given full custody of my three younger brothers. Overnight, I became their brother, their guardian, and the only person they have left to depend on.

I love them more than anything in the world. I’d do anything for them, and I’d make the same choice a thousand times over—but the truth is, the weight of everything has gotten heavy.

I’m working hard to keep up with the bills, keep food on the table, and keep our small farm running. The family truck needs new tires just to stay safe on the road, and every month it’s getting harder to stretch what little we have across everything these boys need.

I’m not the type of person to ask for help, but I’m doing this for them. I’m doing this so they can have stability, so they don’t have to feel everything falling apart around them. They deserve a chance to have a normal childhood, even after everything we’ve been through.
