Hello 22q Tampa Bay Families and Friends!

 

We are the families of some fantastic people affected by chromosome 22q11.2 differences. 22q11.2 syndrome is the second most common genetic disorder, but it's the least known. Every year on May 22, we do an event called 22q at the Zoo Awareness Day where we go to the zoo and bring awareness to the syndrome and treat our loved ones to a day out! Many of our families pay thousands and thousands of dollars for medical treatments and doctor visits. Through this fundraiser, we are hoping that our families can enjoy a day at the zoo without having to add more financial constraints. Please help us bring awareness and add a smile to our kids!
