Support Caleb's Fight Against Cancer

Family and Friends,

I am not very comfortable sharing these type of updates on social media and I definitely do not enjoy asking for money. However at this time, a dear nephew of mine is in great need of financial and spiritual support.

On Saturday afternoon, my 11 year old nephew, Caleb, the oldest of 5 boys, was taken to emergency room as his left lung collapsed and he was unable to breathe. The doctors soon discovered a large mass in his chest that was pressing on his lungs, heart and veins. He was quickly transferred to a different hospital and admitted to ICU for multiple procedures including a biopsy of his lymph nodes and a tube was placed in his chest as his left lung is still not working. The biopsy confirmed he has T Lymphoblastic Lymphoma/Leukemia which is a very aggressive form of cancer and he is now facing a long road of grueling treatments including 3 years of chemotherapy and possibly dialysis as his kidneys have been unable to function properly.

Daniel is the sole provider of the family and will now be unable to work for a while as he and Erika will have to navigate being there for Caleb during his prolonged hospital stay plus the treatments after being discharged.

In addition to the financial strain of medical bills as they did not have medical insurance and are still waiting for approval, Daniel and Erika will need help to take care of their younger 4 children (8 and under).

We ask for your prayers that God would provide healing, comfort and bless the hands of the physicians treating Caleb.

We humbly ask that you would help Daniel and Erika's family in this time of need in any way you are able.
