Hello. My name is Lauren and I have been going through quiet a journey these last three years. Please allow me to be honest with you without judgement and please be positive if you have anything to say at all. I was diagnosed in May of 2017 with a super rare cancer that takes a tremendous amount of fight and many, many specialists on my team. That diagnosis was the beginning of a life of pain both mental and physical, struggle, and despair as I had never known it could be. Family, friends, body of Christ I need you more than ever. I pray that you will consider helping, sharing, and praying. My husband decided that this was not for him, being the husband of a sick person was keeping him from living his life as he wanted to so we separated. He wanted me to find another place to live citing that we were not going to make it. I cannot afford the rent at the house anyway so I have been looking constantly. Due to the separation, I have to find a place to live on 550.00 a month of disability that is no easy job. Before you ask, I have tried every government and local help that is available to me. At this time there is nothing more they can do for me. I have went from hotel to hotel and spent many nights alone crying from my soul asking God to please help me make sense of this mess. Why? Why am I not good enough for him? Why now? I am too sick to work and the only thing I can do is pray, praise, and ask for help which is very hard for me but I am opening up and I am allowing God to change me for the better through this crushing endeavor. I have found out that if I have an RV I can park it and hook it up at Highland Marina for just over 500 a month. With help from this fundraiser I can pay for the RV in cash so it would be mine to live in until the good Lord takes me home and pay the hookup fees which include power, water, trash, sewage, and such with my check. I will have all I need and that is all I ask! I have been looking at RVs around 10,000 to 15,000 and there are plenty in that range that seem to be what I would need. I have even found the rare 8,000.00 or 12,000.00 RV but without seeing them I really don’t know about any of them. I need one that is big enough but not too big, plenty of storage, full fridge, stove and oven, microwave, room for my fur babies, and room for my beautiful children. I believe with a peaceful home available to them they will visit a lot more often. I will be 100% transparent as to what I recover from donations after fees and I will also be completely transparent about the cost of the RV, expenses for moving it unless one of my wonderful friends volunteer to move it for me. I also would appreciate anyone that knows about these things to come along with me as I look at the homes so that I can get the best value for the money that I will have available. Guys, I was working the numbers and if each of my Facebook friends only gave 15$ a piece I could make the complete amount in no time and it wouldn’t even take but forgoing two morning coffee’s for some of you guys to donate that amount. I understand completely that we are not all in the same social class and I know that some can give way more than others but that’s the beauty in it. Giving what you can, all you can, is where the love, honesty, and blessings come in! God knows what you have and what you may have to do to give to a friend in need. He will see that effort and He will bless it! I believe it with all my heart❤️ God is good and faithful. God will do it again and make a way where there was no way!!!! He is so good!!!
